- The above delivery charges do not apply to furniture and fragile or very bulky items such as rolls of fabric. Due to their variation and need for special handling, these charges may differ per item. Where applicable, this will be mentioned on the product page or shown in the checkout.
- We usually despatch the same day for all orders placed by 1pm. If there is any issue with your order that would delay delivery we will contact you immediately.
- We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We cannot accept liability for any supplier/courier delays, loss or damage.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
**Please note that any fabric or other product that has been cut to length or used cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Please use our Sample size option to help you ensure that the fabric is as you expect before ordering a larger quantity.**
