Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
**Please note that any fabric or other product that has been cut to length or used cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Please use our Sample size option to help you ensure that the fabric is as you expect before ordering a larger quantity. Samples are non-returnable. Please inspect any fabric you receive prior to use.**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and cannot be a cut fabric or a custom-made item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We recommend if you are using a made to measure service elsewhere, to request they check the fabric prior to cutting to ensure there are no flaws or faults, and the correct fabric has been received. We are unable accept returns on fabric which has been cut.

Once you have had confirmation, please obtain proof of postage as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it was damaged or the wrong item was sent to you.
When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days. Please note, you will be credited the order value less the original delivery costs paid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and prior to cutting, contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
You will be responsible for the return postage before we can send out a replacement item. Replacement orders may be subject to handling and delivery charges.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped, our turn-around is very fast so please call us as soon as possible on 01446 771 210.
