About OUR DELIVERY IN SOUTH WALES
At Foy & Co, we make fabric delivery simple and reliable. Orders are carefully packed to make sure your fabric arrives in perfect condition. Most parcels are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with courier tracking provided for peace of mind. see our delivery policy here.
If you’d rather collect, our free same day click & collect option means your fabric will be ready for you to pick up at our South Wales store — ideal if you live locally.
FAQs
Simply browse our fabrics online, add the ones you’d like to your basket, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, enter your Bridgend delivery address and we’ll send your order directly to your door.
At the moment, we don’t offer same-day delivery to Bridgend. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and courier delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. However, do offer next day delivery service over the phone.
If you prefer, you can select our free Click & Collect option at checkout. We’ll prepare your order at our store (just 20 minutes from Bridgend) and let you know when it’s ready to collect. Orders placed before 2pm can get same day clicks and collect.
All of our fabrics are available for South Wales customers — including cottons, linens, velvets, upholstery fabrics, curtain materials, and more. You can also order samples if you’d like to check colours and textures before buying metres.
Delivery cost is £5.95 if the order value is under £60. Orders over £60 qualify for free UK delivery, which incudes Bridgend.

As usual, Foy and Co has delivered superb customer service. There was an error in my order of fabric which I brought to their attention. They responded the same day having already investigated what had occurred and offered a full and immediate refund, as well as telling me I could keep the fabric that had been sent in error. The service was very personal, friendly, courteous and efficient. Shortly after this, they located the right fabric and sent it the same day. The fabric sent in error has been given to a neighbour who is donating money to a local charity that is dear to our hearts - our beautiful village church which we are restoring as a community. So we are all very grateful. Thank you so much to Helen and colleagues for everything.
