AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
We aim to provide you with accurate details, descriptions, images and prices on our website. We reserve the right to correct and update any information, errors or omissions at any time without prior notice and also reserve the right to refuse any orders that may have been placed that contain errors or inaccuracies of any kind. In circumstances where prices differ to those displayed, a Customer Service representative will inform you before dispatching your order and you will have the option to continue with or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel the order. Should any payment have been taken for the goods you will receive a full refund.
All products displayed are subject to availability. A Customer Service representative will inform you as soon as possible should any goods you have ordered have become unavailable or be delayed.
Prices and availability quoted on any printed material (including, but not limited to, catalogues, flyers, 3rd party publication advertisements) are correct at time of publishing and are subject to availability and price changes. All product prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs (if applicable) are displayed in the basket and all delivery details are available on the Delivery page.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Your order is an offer to purchase product(s) from Foy and Co Interiors. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order after you have placed an order with us. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Foy and Co retain the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. Acceptance of your order will take place when the order has been dispatched.
We offer Free Mainland UK Delivery on all orders over £45, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours and delivery normally takes 2-5 working days unless stated differently on the relevant product page. Channel Islands, Scottish Islands & Highlands delivery charges vary, for more details please visit our Delivery page.
RETURNS
Foy and Co guarantee to only send you quality products and we inspect everything thoroughly before we send our goods out to ensure they are in perfect condition. We also carefully package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way to you. However, should you need to return an item, please read our Returns page for details and instructions on how to return your item. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of cut fabrics or custom made items.

PROMOTIONAL CODES T&Cs
Promotional Codes are only provided by Foy and Co, we do not use any 3rd party sites.
Promo codes can only be redeemed online at www.foyandco.co.uk, they can only be used once.
Promo codes apply to the value of the products in your basket, they do not apply to shipping costs.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept promotional codes on phone orders.
No cash alternative can be provided.
If you wish to return an item that was purchased using a promotional code then you will be refunded to the same value as paid with the promo code.
COMPETITION AND PRIZE DRAW TERMS
By entering a Foy and Co Competition or a Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following general rules. Any rules specific to a Competition are displayed in a notice on the page for that Competition and are incorporated into these Rules. In the event of any dispute relating to a Competition, the decision of Foy and Co shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Foy and Co reserve the right to cancel competitions, cancel or refuse any individual's entry and to amend these terms and conditions.
We will use reasonable endeavour to notify entrants and potential entrants of changes. There will be one winner selected from all the entrants who have submitted an entry within the stated timeframe (except where a competition has multiple prizes).
Employees of Foy and Co and their immediate family members and employees of agencies and other partners who are contracted to Foy and Co are not permitted to enter Foy and Co competitions.
Winners must have a UK address and be over the age of 18.
The winner will be notified by email or on social media within 10 days of the draw. If any winner fails to claim their Prize within the requested timeframe after being notified, Foy and Co reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternate winner.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There are no cash alternatives. Foy and Co reserve the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
Winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity and Foy and Co reserve the right to use the names of winners and social media usernames in any publicity. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
By providing your details to take part in a Competition you give Foy and Co permission to add this data to the marketing database. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time in the footer of each email newsletter or email us at Hello@foyandco.co.uk to request removal of your email address.
